Why
Why it costs nothing right now
The honest version, not the marketing version.
It is still a beta
Screenshots, a like-for-like benchmark against a stock theme, and broader WooCommerce extension testing are still in progress. Charging for that ahead of a 1.0 would not be fair to anyone paying.
Early feedback is worth more than early revenue
Real shops, real traffic and real plugin combinations surface problems a demo store never will. That feedback shapes 1.0 more than anything else could.
You are not locked in
It is a classic PHP theme with no licence key and no kill switch. What you download during the beta keeps working.
A paid tier is coming later
Once the theme is out of beta, a paid tier is planned for ongoing development. What exactly that includes has not been finalised yet.
Nothing about today's download is a trial. It is the same theme a paying customer will eventually run, released early because that is what a beta is for.
